Hi, I'm Cait. I'm a pelvic floor occupational therapist specializing in complex chronic pelvic pain. I believe it is a privilege to do my work. I'm grateful that you're here.
My therapeutic approach incorporates functional movement, transformational coaching, and pain reprocessing therapy. Everything I do supports self-efficacy, body-positive care, and trauma-informed treatment — for all genders.
I live in Baltimore with my spouse and delightfully neurodivergent twins. I'm originally from the Hudson Valley, NY, and outside of work you'll find me walking with friends, fermenting things and making something yummy.

Each session runs a full hour, with text and email support between appointments.
I provide superbills for clients seeking MA & MD insurance reimbursement.
